A brief guide to preparing descriptions related to the energy transition
There is a constant debate on energy in Poland, including the PEP, the NAP in the WAM and WEM variants, interpellations and inquiries, and numerous strategic and tactical documents. Discussions are taking place in many forums. Every few days, there is a need to prepare letters, studies, reports, and position presentations. This process can be greatly simplified or even completely automated. The table below lists ready-made phrases that can be freely combined (each part from the appropriate columns), thus creating the final document. The following section describes the way to automate this process entirely.

And now even more straightforward – a quick and effective solution from ChatGPT
To avoid time-consuming sentence construction from selected passages, one can always use a tool such as ChatGPT. Here is the result of a minute’s work of ChatGPT 4, which, based on the table above, was asked about energy transition activities in Poland. In my opinion, the result is quite good and even comparable to many current documents.
I recommend the commercial version—it costs only $20 per month. The only problem may be payment by card, which is not always easy to account for in the public sector. Tools such as ChatGPT (and other AI platforms) can quickly generate documents of any length—below is a half-page example.
Current status of energy transition efforts in Poland.
Work is currently underway in Poland to remove barriers related to the energy transition. Comprehensive analyses are being carried out on the possibilities for developing renewable energy, focusing on photovoltaics and onshore and offshore wind power. In the current quarter, analytical and conceptual work is being carried out to implement relevant laws to enable a gradual transition away from fossil fuels, especially coal.
In parallel, working discussions have begun to prepare comprehensive plans to decarbonize energy in the industry. In the coming months, efforts are planned to launch nuclear power projects and develop favourable conditions for distributed and prosumer energy solutions. By the end of the year, consultations with selected entities are scheduled to optimize energy prices, especially for the energy-intensive sector.
Extensive public consultations will take place early next year, covering the full range of energy market improvement proposals. In the following months, a legislative process is expected to be launched to accelerate the optimal development of power grids and energy storage systems. Poland’s energy transition is a complex process that requires multifaceted action and the involvement of various stakeholders.
I wish you good luck – may our working lives become easier…
